How do I get started on Inno?
For Passengers:
Passengers can easily book instant rides on InnoRide App or future bookings via our website. Simply enter your pickup and drop-off locations, and request your ride.
For Drivers:

Sign Up: Use the InnoRide Driver App to complete the sign-up process.

Get Approved: After submitting your documents, your profile will be reviewed. Once approved, you can start accepting ride requests!

We only accept valid roadworthy certificates. Inno reserves the right to accept vehicles onto the platform based on its strict Quality Standards.

What are the vehicle requirements?
To be eligible to drive with Inno, your vehicle must meet the following criteria:
• Model Year: 2009 or newer.
• Doors: At least 4 doors.
• Air Conditioning: Must be fully functional.
• Condition: In good condition with no significant damage.
• Branding: No commercial or business branding on the vehicle.

What are the payment options, structure & commission?
For Passengers:
Inno offers a seamless experience and proudly accepts PayPal, all major credit and debit cards, and cash. Simply select your preferred payment method when booking your ride.
For Drivers:
At Inno, we believe in ensuring our drivers are well-compensated while maintaining a sustainable platform. Here’s how it works:

Drivers receive 70% of the total fare for each trip they complete.

Inno retains 30% to cover services, platform maintenance, and support.

All drivers must have an active bank account or PayPal for receiving payments.

What happens if I have a problem with a passenger or a ride?
For Drivers & Passengers:
At Inno, your safety is our top priority. We have a dedicated support team that tracks the movement of every ride in real time, ensuring that both drivers and passengers are safe throughout their journeys. Alternatively, contact us via support or use our Hot-Line: 061-021-8542
What happens if a booking is cancelled?

For Drivers & Passengers:
At Inno, we’re committed to fairness for both riders and drivers. We offer a 5-minute grace period after a driver has been assigned, during which riders can cancel their ride for free. After this window, a small 5% cancellation fee applies to help compensate drivers for their time. If a driver is delayed or hasn’t begun heading to the pickup point within a reasonable time, no fee will be charged. Similarly, to respect drivers’ time, the driver may cancel the ride if the rider has not arrived at the pickup location within 3 minutes of their arrival.

When will my delivery be made?
For Customers:
Deliveries are typically made on Fridays through Sundays, between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. Should you require a quicker turnaround, you may opt for our Urgent Delivery service, ensuring your order arrives at your desired time, regardless of the standard schedule.

Data & Account Deletion
For Driver's Passengers & Customers:
You have full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account and any associated personal information, you can do so in either of the following ways:

Through the Inno App:
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account, and follow the prompts to permanently delete your data. -
By Contacting Us:
Email us at info@inno-inc.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” from the email associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm once completed.
Please note:

Some data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or fraud-prevention purposes, as required by law.

Deleted accounts cannot be recovered.
