1. Eligibility

You must be 13 years or older to use Inno. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
You agree not to impersonate others or create fake accounts.
You may delete your account anytime via the app settings or by contacting our support team.

3. How Inno Works

For Riders:

Create a free account to request rides.
Fares are displayed upfront before confirming a ride.

For Drivers:

Apply to drive by completing the onboarding and verification process.
Earnings are calculated per completed ride, with Inno retaining a small platform fee.

4. Community Guidelines

Inno is built on safety, respect, and trust. By using our platform, you agree to:

Treat all users with courtesy and professionalism
Not engage in discriminatory, threatening, or harmful behavior
Avoid any illegal activity or fraudulent behavior

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Payments & Fee

Riders agree to pay all applicable fares and fees at the time of booking.
Drivers receive instant, weekly or monthly payouts, minus Inno’s platform fee.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or due to ride issues verified by support.
Subscription or incentive programs (if any) will be outlined separately.

6. User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, feedback, or any content to Inno:

You retain ownership of your content, but grant Inno a non-exclusive license to use it for promotional or operational purposes.
You are solely responsible for the content you share.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Inno provides a platform to connect riders and drivers. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, user behavior, or experience.

All rides are provided by independent drivers.
Inno is not liable for any losses, damages, or disputes arising from user interactions.

8. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Inno means you agree to any updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or app notifications.
